I've not used Polyp Lap Medic. From what I can see online, it is one of the solid peroxide salts. This is a mild oxidizer at the dose they suggest. These products have limited benefit for fish in a reef tank due to the low dose used. At higher doses, peroxides can be effective against some fish protozoans, but the level needed for good control would also be harmful to many other invertebrates.
Praziquantel (either the straight product itself or as Prazipro) is mostly reef safe, but is only effective against trematodes (flukes).
My typical recommendation is to use one medication at a time - starting with a drug to control the most dangerous/fastest acting disease first.
