I'm dosing all three as instructed by my LFS so far my fishes are doing great. Will I need to be concerned for any side effects.

What are you dosing for? This is a QT tank?

I had took some live rock out and all my inverts.

Okay sorry for what you are about to read.

Never go back to that LFS

Copper should never be added to the DT. All the equipment should be considered unsafe for a tank with live rock or inverts again (aside from the glass and a few other exceptions).

Dosing three things at once is insane. In all things in life try a single solution to a problem at a time or you will never know what works and why.

Never go back to that LFS.

Any sand and rock in the tank is compromised and must be replaced.

Check ammonia regularly and have new water on hand.

Never go back to that LFS

10/4 I'll have to check to make sure that everything is going good hopefully it does

Please get second and third opinions but based on the profile of those meds, the accepted truth was that they would definitely leach into plastic , live rock and sand. I cannot imagine that has changed in the decade I was away from reef keeping.

Do you still have a pod population? How about worms? If you had many of the latter it could spike ammonia if they die all at once as well.

I would stop dosing and move the fish to a QT tank and leave the DT fallow.
