Prazipro for wrasse

I just dosed my quarantine tank with prazipro 24 hrs ago, I read this thread on dosing sensitive fish (my wrasse) prazipro that says dose 24 then water change or carbon and do second dose. My question is do I wait 5 to 7 days to do second dose or dose after water change

I waited a week with my wrasses. I was in no hurry. I can't say that doing it sooner will pose a problem. I also don't think I used carbon between the two doses. Doesn't it degrade rapidly?

I read it does degrade rapidly, so you did a water change after 24 hours then waited a week to do the second dose?

I think so. I may have done a minimal change after dose 1 and larger after dose 2. I have a ventralis and Watanabe in QT right now. They are both now eating like pigs so I'm going to treat with prazi. Then 3-4 gallon water change 24 hrs later. Then in a week, maybe longer, will treat again then 24 hrs do a 3-4 gallon water change and add back carbon. 14 gallon AIO QT tank.
