I recently set up a coral quarantine time to hold new coral. There are no corals in yet but I want to add a fish to the tank. Can I treat that fish in that tank with Prazipro.

It’s a regular fish qt then...so yes

The issue with having a fish in a coral qt is that you can bring any disease in that tank on a new coral such as ich, velvet, flukes, etc. If there is a fish in there then the parasite can feed and reproduce on the fish and won't die out. To have an effective coral/invert qt there cannot be any fish in it.

To answer your question however, prazi is reef safe

^^^ This. It’s best to keep coral in quarantine separate from fish to prevent disease transfer. If it’s a coral tank with a fish in it, it’s really just a second display tank.
