I know my clown has flukes, can see them on the bottom of my QT tanks after a formalin/methylene blue bath followed by prazi pro in QT.

However my blenny is now getting sluggish in the DT, and because of the aquascape... I highly doubt I'll ever catch him.

So, after some research I've decided to treat the display tank with PraziPro.

What I can't find information on is how long I should keep the skimmer off and the carbon out of the tank.

Just for dosing? For the whole treatment?

I turned the skimmer off for 48 hours after first treatment and on again. Didnt take carbon out cause it was very old, but i think its the same as skimmer: 48 hours i read. As the prazi pro only stays active for 48 hours in the water.
