1. Do I need to leave the skimmer off for at least the first 24 hours if not the whole duration of the treatment?
2. Do I need to remove carbon during treatment?
3. Can I feed my fish like normal?

Thanks.

I use Prazipro in my QT only, so no skimmer, no carbon, and I feed them whatever they will eat.

No, you don't.
2. Do I need to remove carbon during treatment?

Yes, you do.

3. Can I feed my fish like normal?

Thanks.

That depends on your filtration to control amonia during treatment. If you treat your fish in a separate QT that does not have biological filtration, then using a product like Seachem Prime will not be a good idea in conjunction with PraziPro, even though it may be OK to use it with Praziquantel.

I just completed two rounds of PraziPro in my DT. I left the skimmer running, but removed the cup and just let it foam over. This helps keep the O2 levels up. Removed carbon. Fed fish as normal. The inverts were a little sluggish, especially the snails. Since the last WC, everything seems to be back to normal.
