Is PraziPro really safe for all fish?

I've read the guide, but I've had problems with QT and medication before, so I want to be triple sure.

My new redfin fairy wrasse has a white thing on his eye, which I'm guessing is a fluke (or at least that seems to be the common answer on r2r forums). He's been 1 week in QT with:
  • redfin fairy wrasse
  • tomini tang
  • bicolor blenny
  • foxface
I've read wrasses can be sensitive to PraziPro, so my plan is:
  1. Dose full amount (1tsp/20gal)
  2. Wait 24h
  3. Remove with carbon
  4. Wait 1 week
  5. Treat again
Does anyone have any warnings or reservations about that plan and/or those fish?

Yes, carbon. I edited the original post. Using copper with wrasses when I didn't know any better is why I'm so nervous to put anything in the tank.

I've never had any issues with wrasses and Praziquantel. I have heard some chatter about the solvent in Prazipro causing low dissolved oxygen/cloudy water. What happens is heterotrophic bacteria feed on the solvent (and to a lesser extent, the prazi itself). Their population booms, and that causes cloudy water and low DO. Just increase your aeration - I usually suggest people turn off their skimmers so it doesn't export the prazi, but skimmers are a great aerator, so you need to compensate for that.

I got some good pictures:

Fluke?

I put 1.8tsp PraziPro in this 39g at about midnight last night (~16h ago). I was really hoping it would be gone by now. If it's still there at lights out, do I add the carbon to remove the PraziPro (because it's a wrasse)?
