Prazipro vermiculate wrassewrasse

Im trying figure out what the prazipro dosage for my 75gal would be ?....its to treat a vermiculate wrasse i just added to dt and i know these are sensitive fish ..i also sps,lps in tank....here bottle and whats on it

3.5 teaspoons plus sump volume if you have 1, I also underdose and do 3 rounds to be safe
