no issues with mixing the two.
Prazipro is a medicine and most commonly used with other medications with no harmful effects even though its recommended not to mix. We mix it with copper and CP all the time and even with antibiotics and antiseptics.
Bio Spira is not medicine its only bacteria that will eat ammonia and nitrites to make nitrates.

Do expect a white cloudy water (bacterial bloom) after using prazipro. should last few days and will disappear.

Be careful. This isn’t always a trivial issue in a QT. Make sure to avoid asphyxiating your fish via bacterial bloom when using Prazipro, especially when mixing it with other things.

An alternative that might produce less in the way of a bacterial bloom would be API's "General Cure". It includes the same active ingredient as Prazi-Pro, but at a lower dose, and without some of the things that can help trigger blooms.
