Hello r2r im in the process of setting up a tank and had some rock that was left dry from a previous owner. They said it had been dry for months and it looked the part. So i decided to give it a bleach bath. Well I gave it a 48 bleach bath then drained and figured if 48 hours is good then another 48 is better. Well needless to say life got busy and i just left it in daid bleach bath for a month now power head was running the whole time. This was a 8:1 ratio. 8 gallons of water to 1 gallon of bleach. And I finally got time to pull it today and this is what I see. Help me out here whats going on?!

Likely what was deep in the rock is seeping out.

Likely. If you would cut the rock in half, say with a band saw, it would likely look that way deep inside.
