Pre Owned tank

I’m very interested in a pre owned tank that my LFS is selling. He is selling it for $2,500. The lights are radion G4s. The tank is 150 gallons. Is he charging too much? Also, if I buy the tank from him, he’s charging 5-$7 a lb for DRY rock, not live rock. Should I avoid?

What is included apart from lights?

Seems expensive.

Personally I would never trust a 2nd hand tank, but some people buy them.

I got my used 180 gallon with stand included on offerup for $300. I'd say 2500 is excessive. My lfs also sells dry rock at $3 per lb. Hope that helps make your decision.

It was a custom coast to coast tank. Hi might have been including to 40 gallon sump, but Im not sure

Dry rock should be $3 per pound, based on that alone I would assume everything is overpriced and not do any business with this LFS
