Precision Marine skimmer

Anyone know how the Venturi off the pictured skimmer works? I'm not seeing where the air comes in.

I'm not familiar with Beckett skimmers, but I believe that's a "bullet" series. Which one, not sure. Looks like it's missing some parts.
