Predatory snails?

Can try metroplex or kanaplex in food. It won’t be as effective if an external bacterial infection. Any other fish showing any signs and also on the topic of shrimp - do you hear any clicking in your tank?

I'm already giving metroplex in food since I have suspects of ich in the tank.

And yes I have heard clicking noises. I think are the shells of the hermits against the glass.

Make some pictures of the suspect snail with a view of the top, side and operculum, so that it can be identified. Viewed only from below, on the glass of the aquarium, it does not allow good identification.

I took the last ones out. I wouldn't risk it.

I think you did well. Some predatory snails have a bite similar to the injury presented by the goby and attack the fish that are sleeping
