I have managed to get 2 pregnant shrimp in my tank. Should I be doing something with them? Adding anything?

Nope, other than if you have fish, prepared for their spawn to be eaten. I hate to bring bad news but.....it's nature.

Nope. Cleaner shrimp are hermaphrodites so both clutches are likely fertilized. The eggs will hatch at night, and be eaten by your fish. Shortly after the shrimp will molt and lay eggs again. Repeat ad nauseum.

Their eggs hatch into a larval planktonic stage that usually can't find enough to eat in a home aquarium, they also usually get skimmed out or end up in filter floss. If they manage to survive the filtration system they will end up in a filter feeder's digestive system and if they survive that the fish will eventually hunt them down.
