I'm building a nano reef tank and I ordered lighting from premium Aquatics. I ordered the discontinued CurrentUSA 30" t5ho for only $40! (Plus shipping)

Killer deal

When it arrived, it did not have any lamps. Without question, Premium Aquatics sent me 2 Reef Brite lamps. (Value of about $40)

So now, they have basically given me a free fixture.

When the lamps arrive I put them in and turn on the fixture.

Nothing.

The lamps would not light. After a little probing with my multimeter, I determined it must be the ballast.

Today I called Premium Aquatics again, spoke to the same person, and he refunded my money.

This is, without a doubt, the best customer service I've ever had. I would encourage everyone to order from them for this reason alone.

Now I just need to find a new ballast.

I agree with the great customer service from premium aquatics. They do charge a premium for their service :-).

So now you end up with a free set of not working light fixture and 2 reef Brite things?
