Premium live rock tank

Contemplating taking my old 16g biocube and setting it up for the sole purpose of housing some premium live rock from the ocean.

I've always been fascinated by hitchhikers on even lfs rock, so going for some premium has been in the back of my head for a while.

Has anyone else tried something along these lines? What was the experience like? Anything I should be aware of as far as hurdles of having rock shipped live and die off in transit?

Maybe try to cure the rock in the tank. This might help saving as much life as possible. keep a watch on Ammonia & be ready with water changes ? I's like to hear what others say. somewhere here someone has a hitchhiker tank.
