I can’t say it is safe, but I use it with no observable negative effects. My bottle is about 2 years old. I recommend reading the Prestone SDS as it might provide clues to some formulation changes they may have made. That’s what I do, but I keep in mind SDS is not a certificate of analysis.

Look at the specs. It should have ingredients listed.
