Presumably snail eggs? Can anyone confirm? I've heard more people say that they don't often hatch.

Yeah, those look like snail eggs to me (I’d guess Cerith eggs). They should hatch, but the odds of any of the larval snails surviving in a normal reef tank are very, very low.

I found something similar on a rock this morning. They look more like the OP's picture than all the snail eggs I saw in other posts. Are mine the same thing?

The pic's a bit blurry, so it's hard to say, but there's a good chance they're Cerith eggs, yeah.
