Pretty discouraged :/

I actually have bayer in the garage right now. Believe it or not, I use it regularly for lawn and household needs.

Make sure its the right one-

I'm curious how you do the bayer dip. I see people talking about it all the time but I have always been scared it would kill the corals

How far from the kessil's is this coral? What is the Par at that point in the tank? Frogspawn can do well at 80 par. Did you start the coral in that same spot since introduction? You could be burning the coral this generally shows up a week or two after introduction to the tank.

The coral is probably 24-30" from the Kessil. I moved it yesterday to a lower spot in the tank. I don't have a PAR meter, so I don't really know what the PAR is.

I've been keeping the intensity down after introduction to allow the coral time to adjust.

Problem is once the coral has been exposed to high light at introduction the damage has been done in many cases. Keep it low in the tank and see if it recovers.

Betadine is Povidone/Iodine (at least, it used to be, back when we were using it to treat mouthrot in reptiles), not sure whether the povidone component is reef-safe... Also, not certain that it doesn't have other ingredients.

Will do. Do you think I should lower the light intensity?

A lot of times LFS keep their corals under very low blue lights to make them "pop". When you get them home you put them under very bright lights. LEDs especially is a very strong concentrated light. You might try moving it to a mostly shaded area with light flow and see if it comes out. I put a piece of white paper on top of my tank to shade new corals for at least a week to give them a chance to adjust.

There is IMO something to be said for the maturity of a tank and its ability to sustain certain corals.
Nems are a good example. A frogspawn shouldn't be. But it might be for you.
It's the weird Voo do of our hobby sometimes one reefer can not grow a coral in a system with the same specs.
I have some poly that will not grow in my DT.
Find a reefer bro or sis and see if they can nurses it bac to health and try again later.
Patience.
Sometimes doing nothing is harder than doing something. Esp when nothing was the right thing to do.

Euphylia for me have always hated high flow. I run mostly SPS so very high flow in the tank so i have to wedge my euphilia between rocks where the flow will be blocked quite a bit.

Coral dip completed. I've set the guy up in the corner of the tank where the light and flow are lower. Only time will tell now. The guy looked pretty bad this afternoon :/
