I’d recommend chemical safe/reef safe silicon. Glue will most likely fail in the long term
 
I had this happen to an older maxspect gyre. The cords are very wimpy vs my Tunzes. I stopped using the gyre. Looks like your jeabo version suffers from the same problem.
 
Liquid marine epoxy, mix it up good, let it get slightly cured, put it in the hole and shove the cable in, keep held there for a few minutes, once set use more epoxy around it to make sure its sealed. Let cure overnight.
