I'll be upgrading the tank soon and I'll be adding about 60lbs of dry rock to about 150lbs of live. What is the best way to ensure I don't have a load of bacteria die off as I allow the cement to cure out of water, as I scape? I was thinking I'd submerge as much of the live rock as possible and then dump water on the any parts exposed to air while the cement dries. Will I have to continually do this over and over or can the rock stay exposed for 10-15 minutes without issue?

I'm using AF Stone fix. I'm not sure what the full cure time is but I think it needs to be out of the water for 15-20 minutes.

How about a spray bottle filled with tank water? Or scape on a large flat pan that can hold some water at the bottom and pour the water over every few minutes.

Hey man this doesn’t answer your question but important to know about stone fix. I screen shot the video they put out for information on the product. No idea what your stock list is like but don’t want you to lose anything.
