Previous Used Live Rock - Bleach or straight to Curing?

I previously had a 75g reef that I am looking to start up again. I saved all the original live rock (now dry) that was in the tank which is about 100 pounds worth. This was mostly fiji rock that has been dried out now for 14 years. Do I need a bleach cure, or is a bleach cure recommended, or can I go straight to a salt water cure?

It might not be a bad idea. I don't think the bleach is required but it might be handy if its super porous or covered in a lot of crud. You would also just rinse it out with a hose and see how that works. When you cure it, I HIGHLY recommend adding some carbon and phopshate removers (gfo works)

Last time I cured rock I just put it straight into the water
