They did not specify an end date. Since we have a MAP pricing agreement, we are required to change pricing when they give us the word. That said, we are hoping they last awhile! The Gyre is our top-selling pump of 2015.

They did have a beta period where beta users provided feedback on pre-production models to help them work out the kinks. The Gyre has been a resounding success since launch, so perhaps they no longer feel it is necessary to send out units out for review since information online is plentiful.

I would like to know the reason for the price drop? Usually when the price drops it means there's going to be new model or version coming out soon. Ecotech did it for the new QD Thx

I am running a 130 and 150 in my DT controlled by the icecap modules and apex and I love them. Tons of flow and the new controllability is awesome.

To the best of our knowledge, it a sale and is not a permanent price drop. We are not aware of and have not been informed of any replacement models or any up-coming changes for the Gyres.
