I live in PA looking for a reputable acrylic tank maker that will give a good price on a tank, stand , canopy 72x24x24

Your best bet is probably to contact them for a quote. The price changes based on options (e.g. plain tank, plain tank drilled, corner overflow, peninsula overflow, etc.). Most of these tanks are made to order so you can get pretty much whatever you can envision.

You can even get black (or blue) bottoms or a back wall as well.

They do have a sub-forum here as well in the vendor section.

Welcome. I bought my custom acrylic tank from American Aquariums in PA. Great quality and customer service. Their website has some pics but the owner promptly responds to email for any questions/quotes.
