I have a new ai prime hd led light after 2 day from buy my device is flash red light unplugged form power one hour then not flash and not work .

Sounds like it’s over heating. See if the fan is running on the top. Contact AI i had a problem with mine and they solved my issue pretty quick.

No your fun is working good but after reading on support , flash red : from wifi controller

My Prime HD is flashing white about every minute or so. It happens during the ramp down time. Does anyone have an idea of what might be causing this?
