Going to get a 48" long and 22" deep Peninsula.
Probably will run a mixed reef but still with a lot of SPS.
For better light distribution would you go with 4 x AI 16 Prime HD or 2 x Hydra32 HD?
Any other suggestions welcome also
Thanks

4 prime is going to give you better spread, less shading, and more control.

Hydra only offers a slim price reduction at the cost of the above.

It depends how you mount them. Mount them a bit higher will give you more spread and in my opinion, two hydras looks way better than 4 little prime lights.

Check out @Broadfield 's build thread, he switched from Hyrda's to primes, same reason why I will go with Primes over my new 525xl as well.

If you decide to go Hydra, I will have two or three HD versions up for sale early next week.
