Prime smells after weeks!

I went overbroad with primer, and glue. And i spilled primer, and glue everywhere inside my vectra s2 pumps etc. i checked everything beside it being inside my equipments nothing is glued inside or anything. Its just the smell of the primer when i swipe my finger across my fittings i can still smell it. Would it affect my water chemistry at all? I still smell it a little

It might, yes. I'd remove the pump and thoroughly clean it.

I tried to clean it and it didnt come off. And i also cant go through every pipe where they are drips its almost impossible
