My Tank Thread
I do not really know how long Prime stays active in the tank water, and for that matter, it is not even clear exactly what Prime does to ammonia to reduce its toxicity.
It doesn't seem to interfere with kits that use Nessler chemistry (orange to brown results) but it does interfere with Salicylate chemistry (yellow to green).
