Not sure if this is the right place,
I have had several people now tell me they can't initiate a PM with me. I can send messages and from there we can go back and fourth.
How can I have this looked into?

Go to your account and then check the privacy settings for messaging and other things, it will be on the bottom of the privacy page.

There are no restrictions on your account, as @Billldg mentioned, check your privacy settings. There should be one for messages. Select your avatar above on the right hand side, select privacy and see what your settings are set to.
