Prizm hang on skimmer help... Please!!

Hello can someone please give me some insight on this skimmer... We just got it and really figure out how to set it up. Is there supposed to be water in the collection cup? There seems to be bubbles producing but they are not going up into the collection cup.. Please help

All skimmers have a break in period. In short the walls are to clean, give it a bit and all will be well. Also when you clean the skimmer make sure not to scrub it spotless otherwise you have to break it in again. I had this same problem when I started.

give it sometime and then adjust again, Water in skimmer collection cup is norman until this skimmer build enough slime within the skimmer walls, Once that is done (week or so)then tune the bubbles based on dry skimmate or wet skimmate (up to you) preference
