Pro bio F without skimmer

May I know can I dose Pro bio F into my nano tank without any skimmer, will it should works?

Hello! It will work. However my only concern would be the added bacteria causing the oxygen levels to fall to a dangerous level in a nano tank if you don't have another source of oxygenation. Do you have good surface agitation, or a fan blowing across the surface to increase gas exchange? I would hate for the system to crash and go anaerobic on you.
