Pro Clear Red Flex 4 in 1 Sump

Hey guys, I’m back again with more questions. As stated in the title, I have a Red Flex Sump this is my first tank so everything’s new.

I’ve had everything plumbed and running for about a month or two, my question is the water in the sump does seem to flow or move like I’ve seen som ppl’s sumps flow. It doesn’t flow over the baffles and into the compartments like it should.

If anyone has the same sump or a custom sump how do you have your floods gate configured? How do you keep the water moving?

Water movement through your sump is dictated by the amount of water your return pump is moving.. as long as water is making it from the sock section of your sump to the return pump section you should be ok.
