I just know it's a zoa. (and it won't open) after 3 days.

I would lower them. It looks to me like they may be getting too much light.
What kind of lighting do you have on them?
 
Lower your phosphates and nitrates. Zoas are sensitive to very high levels of these.
 
Looks like some of my palys that haven't been getting enough light. They stretch towards the light. Had some in an outside tank with only ambient sunlight. They got real long.
 
The ones closest to the top...and the light...are opened up. This would tell me the others are not getting enough light.

Bump, no progress. I have some polyps literally shaded that are fully open.. Not sure what the deal is with these zoas
