Probe holder and placement

My question is moving to probes to monitor PH and soon temp, salinity, ORB.
My question is where is the best place to place these in a holder.
I here the best place for temperature is in the overflow but where in the sump do I put the rest? I have a 3 chamber sump. 1st is filter socks, 2 nd is skimmer, 3rd return pump doser tubes, gfo, and kalwasser from ATO.

I have my PH probe and temp in the skimmer chamber. I don't know if there is a right/better place but that's the chamber where I place them.

I also keep all my probes in the first chamber with my skimmer and filter sock.

My fear with the skimmer is getting a air bubble in the probe tubes

My skimmer did not make any micro bubble and it's anyway far from the probe. If you wanna make it sure, place it in the return chamber.
