There are devices that automatically titrate water for alkalinity like a kit does, and there's a device being developed which measures carbon dioxide and pH (and thereby calculates carbonate alkalinity), but there's no "probe" for alkalinity like there is for pH and many ions.

While there are calcium and magnesium probes that have uses in other endeavors, none are seemingly suitable for seawater/reef tanks where a lot of things vary that might impact the results.
