i been have nitrates 50 +and phosphates 1.13 problems lately I’m currently running Gfo I have around 350 gallons some lps sps and softy’s using aqua forest probiotic salt would it help bringing my levels down and if so what exactly do I need to get

Are you having any issues? If not, then probably no need

Some Corals not opening up had a ton of lps Corals die about 1 year ago some green cyno about to pull 3/4 of my sand out

It is not enough to get it from the salt once-in-a-while. The organic carbon will be quickly used and then stuff with die off. If you are going to carbon dose, do it directly and consistently for the best results. If you do, be sure not to go too quickly nor bottom the numbers out, but at 50n and 1+p, this is not a worry for a while.

I don't think the probiotic salt should be used when your system has high nitrates/phosphates as it has amino's and such in it that will contribute to those problems. I would switch to reef salt until you can get those params down.

Probiotic salt is designed for ULNS
