Problem Connecting third eb832 to Apex apro.

I tried to connect my brand new eb832 to Apex Pro. The eb832 flashes orange and after about a minute, all my other apex devices shuts down the outlets and flashes orange. Once I disconnect the new eb832, the old devices and outlets starts working again.

Please help me troubleshoot.
