I would appreciate some advice from anyone who's dealt with this before, so I have a 125 gallon fowlr set up with a pair of clowns, a Huma a foxface a blue damsal and I just added a blue tang. All was peaceful with everyone until today I fed some raw clam to the Huma and a small piece got away from him and landed in the sand the damsal started protecting it and went after the tang a few times the tang has been hiding now ever since, should I just break the whole tank down and catch the damsal to be rehomed or give it some time to see if it calms down? I really thought with a larger tanks and only one damsal it wouldn't be an issue although I've heard they are quite aggressive. I spent a lot on the tang and don't want it stressed, it's about 4 times the size of the damsal and because all the fish in there are semi aggressive or in the case of the foxface usually able to hold their own I was hoping one damsal would be ok

One disagreement between fish doesn't mean the end of the world. Let 'em alone, the tang will probably realize that it's fine and come back out.

Thanks for the reply,I am probably overreacting I just am knew to this and want this tank to succeed

It does look alarming, but some disagreements are normal. Unless a fish is hiding constantly when it wasn't before, isn't able to eat well, or is being injured, generally it's fine.

Well the tang and foxface put the damsal in his place today, he has mostly stop aggressive behavior
