Sorry it didn't work. Mine were both brand new when it worked for me.

Oh shoot.... your help was awesome and it did make a big difference!! It didn't completely sync the two lights though, and I thought I would share my experience so if anybody else searches for a similar issue within R2R they may find this thread, and may (or may not) find it helpful. Stay crispy my friend
