my MacBook Air laptop can not find the Pacific Sun Kore 5th dosing pump. the manual did not help me at all because it was very old instruction and the appearance of the picture in the manual did not like the software that I installed in MacBook Air laptop.

Are you running a windows program on your Mac?

Don't worry pac-sun will tell you it's the BT in your laptop, no matter what the issue with it is.

Biggest point of sale I ever owned. Not only will you have a hard time updating any firmware, good luck on getting it to dose consistently.

IMO, cut your losses, save yourself a few headaches, and throw it in the trash bin!
