I fed my bleached BTA today and saw something very odd. I've had it for about 2 months now and I got it from a friend who wasn't ready to care for it, and everything has been going great (starting to get color back and puffing up) however today I noticed this a few hours after feeding. I've checked my tanks levels that they are all fine.

Any idea what's going on?

Do you happen to have a picture of the underside of that nem?

Could be excreting waste. Almost looks like a seabae anemone

This picture is from just now but it had its guts hanging out all night up until like 4 in the morning then it shut its mouth and looks like this. It'll look like it's on the edge of death then look ok so I dont know what's going on with it.

That looks a lot better (in comparison) If it was expelling insides it was/is very stressed still. Have you fed it before then or was that the first time you'd offered it food?

I've had it for 2 months and I've been feeding it every3 or 4 days and they've all gone find feeding wise, all the same size and 6he same thing (a frozen scallop)
