Problem with Finnex HC-810m temperature controller

I have a Finnex HC-810m temperature controller with a 500 watt titanium heater element for my new cube.

Last night I unplugged it and when I plugged it back in it started beeping, and the power light is flashing. I'm assuming this is some kind of error?

The heater element seems to work fine but the temp controller does this even with a different heater plugged in.

I can't find a manual online!

Is there some way to like hard reset it?

Anyone have a clue what to do?

Manual. Was the temperature within the alert range?

Sounds to me like your temp is beyond the min/max threshold. When you get below the min or above the max, the controller will sound the alarm until the temp is back in range. Check to make sure the temp sensor did not come out of the water (whether you have it in your sump or DT).

I'm having the same issues. Unit is barely 2 years old both green and red light flashes and makes a weird beep. Unit also vibrates when it is doing this and the only way to shut it off is unplug it. When I say barely 2 years I mean I ran it through 2 winters which was about 4 months each and unplugged it during the summer months.

And no this is not a temp issue. Can't believe this unit is toast for as little as I used it.

My Finnex HC-0810M won't let me reset temp. I had it set for 77 with alerts at 76 and 78. Use it in a testing lab for temp +/- 1 F. I had one before and it worked perfect for 3 years, just broke. I set this but it is off by 1 F low so I want to set my adjust my set point and alert temps but it won't let me.
Please help.

Faaaaaackkkk. Anyone have an instruction manual for this thing??? Above link is outdated and this beeping, right after initially plugging it in is driving me mad!

I just put one of these in service yesterday and today it started beeping. Everything is within range. Did you ever find a solution?
