problem with ick.

Hi. I would like to know is there anything I can do about my blue hepatus tang she has ick I
I think she got it cause I have had light problems. But I have got it fixed. Please help me

If she has ich, it is because a parasite was introduced into your aquarium from either an infected fish or as a hitchhiker on a rock/coral/invert. Lighting problems may (or may not) stress a fish out, lower their immune system, and make them more susceptible to showing symptoms.

To eradicate the parasite from your aquarium, you will need to remove all fish, treat in a QT and go fallow in the DT for 72 days. Or you can try to manage the symptoms indefinitely in your DT.
