Problem with Jebao rw 8

Hey everyone, I just got a new controller for my jebao rw8 and the pump doesn't turn on. Two of the lights light up on the controller but nothing else. Can you help out ?

Does it work on the old control box? Did it stop working and you got a new control box? Have yout tried taking apart the pump to clean and inspect it for damage? Might just be time to replace it as they are not known for lasting forever. I have gotten almost 2 years out of my PP-8 pumps but I clean then often.

Theres a way to do a system reset on those.
