Hi, thanks for your support. May we know where did you purchase the skimmer? Which country?

I buy it in Italy, where I live; yesterday I engaged the customer services, and they will send me a replacement control wheel. Very efficient!
Anyway, I think this specific part needs some design improvement, because it seems easy to broke; the rest of the skimmer is superb!
