Problem with My AI ?

Is anyone else having problems with the My AI site? I can log on but can't open any of my devices. Any advice?

I have had similar issues. I did a hard reset on my lights. Took a a few tries and about half an hour....but I finally got it figured out.

We had 3 of these fixtures over our 275 gallon for a few years. Just dumped them for an ati sunpower a week ago. They were problematic, and the tank just didnt look good under them. I learned my lesson about switching from t5's.
