greetings friends, I need to know what to do when the power goes out and my tank runs out of electricity completely, someone who can recommend a UPS or any device that helps me, thank you very much, a long-lasting ups will be useful, if they know what model or something they write to me

The size of the UPS depends on what you want to keep running when the power goes out, and what the current draw is of each device. Just filters, or also skimmer and heaters? Dosers? Lights? Controllers?

no friend, I would only be interested to follow with energy the rise pump, the wave makers and my lights (x2 ocean revive) with those three I think my tank would last a few hours ... Or if it would not be good with the wavemakers and the return pump

I've got an 800 watt UPS to handle my tank for about 20 minutes or so if the power is out for a short time, then a 4000 watt generator that is for long-term outages.

This^. Generator. Deep cycle Marine batteries might give you a hour, but a generator is a much better choice.
I would like to know what they mean when they talk about an investor? some specific device. If so, leave me the link and thank you

Can you tell me about the 4,000 watt generator, I am interested in installing something like that to install it ... The generator of 4,000 watts is a specific device, if you can tell me the brand or pass me the link

Whole house generator. Stoked, mines arriving Tuesday. Lotta coin though for hookup and sinking a giant propane tank in my yard. My backup batteries I have on all my pumps and powerheads last very short time.

UPSs are not designed to last a long time. They're specifically designed to power big loads for a small amount of time, not small loads for a big amount of time.

A generator is probably the best option, followed by a pure sine wave inverter powered by your car, followed by a DIY solution that uses a deep cycle battery and a pure sine wave inverter. Of course, your situation will dictate which is actually best.

Problem w portable generators is you have to be there to start up a gas engine and run it to your equip each time power go out. Standby whole house will automatically kick all power to whole house on within 30-45 seconds. Barely a glitch and you can be 100 miles away on Vaca and still be assured you have power for sure.

I know not everyone has 10-15 G’s waiting to blow quick but there are smaller non whole house units that would be on standby at all times for your tank. Get a decent size propane tank and just hook it to absolute necessity circuits. Still be a couple G’s I’d think all said and done

$$$$$$$$$$$ the rise pump, the wave makers and my lights (x2 ocean revive)$$$$$$$$$$$

I have an 800wt which will supply power for about 8 hours on essential. My power heads are ecotech and have their own backups.
