I have a green, purple, and red montipora for some reason their color is fading from their center out. I have check my parameters and they look ok. Do you have any idea why is this happening and if they will be able to recover from this? They are the only corals looking no good in my tank. I have other sps and they are looking good. Thank you in advance.

Pictures and your peramitor numbers would help. Also any new additions or changes to the tank?

If the center areas are loosing color and looking more brown my guess is high nitrates. I just went through this scenario myself. Anything over 25 for nitrates will cause this. Once I got them back down it took 2 weeks to fully regain color.

Do water vhange, check parameters and what is your water flow rate and light levels?
