hello,
i have 4 of the mp40
one is working good
second one had a problem start for 3 second then flashing red green
then after 1 day it is good and working again

the other 2 has the same problem flashing red and green and its not working both of them
what could be the problem and how can i fix it?

According to the manual, Red/Green is a stall error:

Flashing Red/Green LED
• Issue: Stall error
• Resolution: Completely disassemble and clean the wetside then check that
there are no obstructions blocking the rotation of the wetside or dryside.
If the problem persists, contact EcoTech Marine to speak with a service
representative

it is old one i think 2 years
i try it without the wetside and still same problem and if i open it and move it with my hand it move freely

The stall could be on the dry side. If you get the same error without the wet side connected the bearings on the dry side may be shot.

You opened up the dryside; what moves freely? Unless you got water inside the drysides, cannot imagine the bearings are shot. I've had these go 7 plus years without any dryside issues. Wetsides do need to be replaced every 3-4 years though.

I'm on my second noisy QD dry side in 6 months. You clearly got a better batch than I did! :)

Did you install them properly? I have 9 currently (and 3-4 more that I sold off) without a single dryside problem.

As far as I can tell :) It doesn't rattle around, the wire goes up (terrible design IMO), the glass is within the usable range...

You would be amazed how many of my ostensibly intelligent friends say 'what spacer' when I ask LOL.
