Problem with octo pulse op-4 +

Hello, I have 2 octo pulse op-4 pumps in my aquarium connected to an octo pulse + controller. I noticed that every few days the pumps turn off. There is no rule, sometimes every 2 days and sometimes every week. Later, in the application, you just have to turn them on and they start normally. I wrote to Reef octopus, but they did not reply. Has anyone had such a case?

I have the same issue for over the year now. Still couldn't find the fix.

It's not a fix, but they behave fine on a wave engine/ wave engine le.
